Potato Soup

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons margarine
• 2 tablespoons minced onions
• ½ tablespoon salt
• ¼ tablespoon celery salt
• ⅛ tablespoon pepper
• 3½ cups milk
• 1⅓ cups instant mashed potato powder, to start.

Instructions

1. Melt magarine in bottom of pot.
2. Add onions, celery salt, salt and pepper in pot. Sautée onions.
3. Pour milk into pot. Heat milk until it is just about to boil.
4. Stir in instant potato powder. Add more powder until the soup is the right thickness.
5. Simmer soup.
