Utilities

The first SimCity had only electricity as a utility. Then water was added when the game went 3-D. Finally came trash pickup and disposal.

Power: Cities need juice to work, and you have diverse ways to provide it.
Water: Clean water and lots of it makes cities grow.
Garbage: Even a perfect city has to put its trash somewhere. —Wolverine, X-Men.
